I wish to change my motherboard to another mobo that would support an AMD Phenom II 940 BE 125w. But the problem that i have is whether or not if i can switch to another motherboard as my computer is a Pegatron (Asus) HP-made computer. I have heard rumors that Asus HP-made computers have integrated sort of motherboards. My current motherboard (M2N68-LA, Narra-5) only supports up to 95w.

Thank you for any future replies.

You may have to change operating systems. Your bios has a code for windows; change boards and your copy of windows may not load. I suggest you try a 95w version of the phenom II. Oem boards aren't designed for upgrading the cpu, but sometimes you get lucky.
