Safe OC temperatures and CM Silencio 550

I wanted to ask, is the case CM Silencio 550 suitable for OC (note: idle PC heats up to 50 degrees celcius![:??:]( ":??:")
) and what is the safest temperature for OC.
VGA: ASUS GTX670-DC2-2GD5
MB: ASROCK Z77 PRO4
CPU: i5-3570K
PSU (if it does matter![:sarcastic:]( ":sarcastic:")
): THERMALTAKE SMART PSU 630W 12CM 80+WHITE

Best solution
The case is fine to OC in, but not if you're using the default CPU fan that came with the i5 3570. You'll want to pick up a Hyper 212 Plus/Evo or similar CPU cooler to keep the CPU's temps down.
