Everything on desktop works in slow motion
Last response: in Windows XP
Everything fades in and very slowly. Email acct slowly comes on the screen than when I click on an email, it slowly fades onto the screen. When I click it off, it slowly fades away. Playing solitaire is torture but the timer still runs at the right speed! Help!
