Will a 950W 80 Plus Corsair TX PSU trip a 15A breaker?

Do I have to install a 20A breaker?

Do I have to make sure nothing else is connected but only the computer if I go with the 15A?

The power supply itself does not draw that much power. That is a maxmum output number. A wattage calculator will give you a conservative estimate of how much your PC will really use. You should be able to run a few computers on a single 15A breaker circuit at your house (15A*120V = 1800 Watts).
