+12v is super low in windows?

Hello,
I have this problem regarding in my cpu. the +12v voltage has no problem when I check in bios but in windows it my +12v is only +6.69. I use both EVEREST CPUID and HMonitor.. I already replace my Power supply but it never change... pls help me how to deal with this?

Its an incorrect reading. Its either reading something else, or reading it wrong. I hope its just reading it wrong as there shouldn't be a 7V rail in your computer. Everything is probably ok, more so if everything is working fine and the bios says all is well.

thx sir for the reply. Everything is fine buy after a couple of minutes the computer drastically slows down specially in games. After I restart it its ok again and slows down again. is that problem related to my cpu voltage problem? or it's just my mobo?
