LGA 775 Q9400 Q9550 EOL

Has Intel stopped making Q9400 and Q9550 cpus? I see that newegg isn't listing the Q9550 anymore and that Micro Center has about 100 left of the Q9400 here:

I have a e2160 OC'd to 3ghz and am looking to upgrade to a quad core to get another 2-3 years life out of my computer. Is this my last opportunity to buy these CPUs retail?

Well, the C2Qs are dying out, and are being replaced by lga1156 mobos, but there still are C2Qs on newegg. These should help you juice every last bit of power out of your computer.
