Is my MOBO going to limit my OC potential wi my new CPU?

Hi guys!
I'm running a ASUS cg1330 desktop, (the phenom II x6 1035t 2.6ghz) with the
Motherboard

And I'm getting a new CPU... The Phenom II x4 965 Black Edition. I already know ASUS won't let me OC via BIOS...
But I'm planning on OC through the program AMD Overdrive. Will this be effective? I know that the board can get some high GHz so I'm not afraid that.

I also have a GTX550ti, 600 W corsair fan, and a coolermaster 212+ coming in as well.

I don't think AMD Overdrive supports the chipset on that board. (Which appears to be 760G, from a brief Google search)
