Help picking my MOBO

Hey guys, probably typical noob question but I need a little help here.
I plan on buying a 2500k to O/C with. I am new to it but I feel that I can do it.
I am not exactly sure what Mobo I should have I was going to purchase the Asus P8Z77-V-LK then I heard it wasn't good for O/C so I am unsure now and would like a little professional help.

Oh my price range for this build is 650$ (Low for now but will upgrade when funds arrive.)
I currently have my case
HAF X 942.

i had 2500K use Asus P8Z68-V for ocing maximum 5ghz ..and dailly using at 4.5Ghz no problem at all

Or the GIGABYTE GA-Z77X-D3H might be better?

The Extreme6 is out of my budget(I believe)
Also I dislike MSI boards, I have had trouble with them before.

asrock xtrme 4 good for budget , SSD ok but you much had min HDD 1TB for data, and cooler an option is Antec Kuhler H2O 620
maybe othe use will give mor option

I have a 1.5TB HDD, however why do you say a minimum of 1tb?
Oh and why the Antec Kuhler?

yeah minimum data ... you had more is very good and antec kuhler same price with H60 but performance same with H70

Any information on air cooled? I hear you can get a cheaper and have same temps.

Also why wouldn't I be able to use like...500gb hdd? Just wondering.

500Gb is depend your data .. if you had many game .. yeah you know it need big space room HDD, and if don't oc too high get hyper 212 evo pushpull that good or enough for 4.2ghz may be more also why you don't interest with i5 3570K http://pcpartpicker.com/part/intel-cpu-bx80637i53570k it's faster than i5 2500K

Buying an i5 off my friend, he only used it for about 15hrs and bought an i7 2600k for a better deal.
