Windows xp video stuttering in full screen only

Hesitation and stuttering a real problem windows xp ...please help

Check your systems resources, hitting ctrl+alt+tab should bring up Windows Task Manager, watch your CPU usage & memory. If the memory is full, you need to close some programs, if it's your CPU usage most likely same thing, but try playing the video while watching your cpu usage and without playing the video.
