I cannot seem to find any information on this topic, so I'll ask the question. I recently installed windows 7 64bit and after upgrading to CCC 9.12, I noticed that the minimum fan speed is set to 32%. It used to be 20%. Is there anyway to decrease fan speed below 32%? The powercolor 4850 that I am using is very loud and I like a quite computer. 55 C was the max temp when fan speed was set at 20% when gaming, so I think that's fine. Plus, I only game 20% of the time anyway. I don't want to hear this fan constantly. True, it's not THAT loud, but I can hear it over the four case fans. C'mon it's annoying 
I installed the older Window's 7 9.9 driver, however it's the same. I am tempted to find the older vista 64 bit 8.6ish drivers and see if they will work. And for the record I'd rather not just get a new card.
