NZXT Lexa S fan problems

I've read that I'm not the only one with this problem, but I'm unaware of a solution.

The front knobs on the case don't appear to do a thing, and the rear exhaust fan is at 100% all the time. Anyone know of a fix, or how I should troubleshoot? Thanks!
