AMD Phenom II x2 555 BE unlocked and trying to overclock

I've already unlocked the 4 cores on this processor, but now I am working to get a higher speed out of the cores. At stock 3.2 I want to try and get it to 3.8 but at 3.6 I am having problems but I am not sure why.

I'm using an ASUS M4A785TD-V EVO mobo
RAM is http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?item=N82E168...
PSU - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?item=N82E168...
Cooler - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?item=N82E168...

On 3.6ghz when I start at low voltages on the core and cpu-nb my system will go to BSOD as soon as I start stress testing the processor, on higher voltages like 1.45-1.475 vcore / 1.25 cpu-nb, it will take a little longer after the stress test begins to BSOD. I didn't think I would need higher volts on this frequency, but since all 4 cores are unlocked maybe I am wrong.

Is there something else I need to increase in order to get this working? My ram speed is default 1333mhz right now, HT link 2000mhz, bus speed 200mhz.

I've never overclocked my RAM or anything on my MOBO before so I am kind of a noob.
