Windows will not start after installing a new video screen

HAVE A TOSHIBA SATELLITE C655- S5125 MODEL RUNNING WINDOW 7; VIDEO SCREEN CRACKED & I REPLACED WITH A NEW ONE & TURNED IT ON; NOW IT IS STUCK IN " STARTING WINDOWNS" -- WIINDOWS WILL NOT START

do as already suggested press f8 and pick safe mode

if you used a compatible screen then it shouldnt cause that--try taking the battery out also and press the on off button a couple of times then put the battery back in and restart
