What is the build for?? Gaming? If it is for gaming get the 5850. I7 1366 are triple channel memory so get 6gb of ram not 8gbs, so 3 sticks of 2gb or 6 sticks of 2gb getting 12 gbs,xD
Other than that I think the build looks fine

GPU Question: What is your monitor resolution you will be gaming at? If you are looking at 1920x1080 or higher, the 5850 makes sense. If you will game at a lower resolution, the 5770 or 4890 (better performance) makes sense.

RAM Suggestion: You will want a 3x2GB setup for 6GB. You will have no benefit in gaming with more than 6GB. I recommend the G.Skill PI DDR3 1600 6GB Cas7 set.

HHD Suggestion: I would go with the Samsung Spinpoint F3 1TB hard drive over the WD Black. The Samsung is the faster hard drive.

yeap, I should buy 3x2gb or if you have the budget for, if you really want to, and probably won't see much difference buy 6x2gb.
So if you can get the 5850
if not I would go for the 4890, and if you really want directx 11 5770

just saying I have a 5850, and tested the directx 11, 9, on dirt 2(now the only directx 11 game out)you can't see much difference but I think it's good thing to have for the future.
