Radeon hd 6670 on msi p31 neo

hi,
i have old pc with these specificaton:

intel core 2 duo 2,2ghz
msi p31 neo motherboard
2gb of ram
ersys 480w psu
pixelview geforce 7300gt 512mb
windows 7 64bit

and now I want to upgrade the graphic card to xfx hd6670 1gb ddr5 (only vga for now because of budget).
is my motherboard and psu can support the hd6670 card? and will any reduced performance of the card may happened on that motherboard?

Yes.
As long as it has a PCI-express x16 slot it will work.
A core 2 duo will do just fine
