Ok even with your links broken I found the components you selected You would just change the motheboard

for the ASUS M4A79XTD+ amd x4 955

and get the memory out of the combo.

I don't know about the ASUS M4A785TD-V but the difference of prices between this one and the M4A79XTD is not big, and personally I have one of those and I'm very satisfied with it, I think 790x is better then 785g

Otherwise this build is good!

That's a great build^^^ except the video card, if you want to go with direct x 10 go for a 4890, and if you want to go for directx 11 5770, or 5850, I would recommend the 5850 if your budget allows, if not the 4890, then the 5770.

I'm personally not a big fan of crossfire/SLI, or dual gpus, I rather have a a single gpu slighter slower then dual because there games that don't take advantage of the second one, for example grand theft auto IV a 285gtx will performe better than a 295 gtx just because 285gtx is a single gpu and the 295gtx = 2x 275)

The 4850x2 has more power than the 4890 and about the same as a 5850. all cards will have some games where the drivers and code don't work great together, so if a specific game is very important to you be sure to check benchmarks on that specific game, but across the board a 4850x2 is going to win 90% of the time against those single gpu solutions.
Here is a chart that shows pretty much all the video cards and how they compare. This shows two 4850 512mb cards in crossfire beats all the solutions you mention in the post below. In fact, this chart is a little unfair..the 4850x2 card i linked has 2gb of memory which really makes it perform better than these numbers show at higher resolutions and when AA and AF are cranked up

unfortunately tom's graphics charts don't have the 5850 for comparison, but as you can see if you check out the second link the 4850x2 has much better (about 30%) performance than the 4890 in almost every benchmark. The only one where it is lower is the one with 8xAA and 16xAF....the reason it choked in that benchmark is because they were using 512mb cards, the one I recommended is a 2Gb version, so more than likely it would win even there. Its closest to the gtx285, it wins some and loses some, depending on if the game prefers nvidia drivers or ati drivers.
