Hardware problem

HELLO ALL, i have a msi socket 775 motherboard (cannot remember model) with an intel q6600 cpu using a tuniq tower cooler, a bfg oc 8800gt and a 500watt thermaltake power supply. For the past week i have been having issues where when i cut the machine off and cut it back on the video card fan spins up at full speed but it never initializes(it usually slows down after a few seconds followed by me getting a video signal). Recently when i cut the power on it automatically cuts off after a few seconds then restarts by itself and continues to do this untill i cut the power again. I am also getting no video signal. I have disconnected everything except the cpu and video card and still had the same issue. Also in the past two days when i have gotten a signal i get a blue screen at the windows xp load screen followed by a message stating a hardware issue. PLEASE HELP ME.
