Usually i'll leave my laptop on for a few minutes, and i'll come back and the middle of the screen is flickering. The sides are fine, and my second monitor is as well. I am running windows 7. I have installed the intel windows 7 video drivers for my card and they work fine except for this. Any help would be appreciated! :)

by second monitor i mean an external plugged into the port for an external monitor. It doesn't flicker like the laptop's internal screen. And the temps are fine, i just recently cleaned out the fan, and always have a cooling pad running.

then it probably the screen monitor itself or the cables that connect from monitor to the motherboard, it maybe loose and not attached properly....

is that something you think could be undertaken as a weekend project, or should it be taken to an expert?
