Quandry about XFX Radeon 6870 OC values

Hello, I'm wanting to OC my Radeon 6870 but I'm not sure what numbers to use. I assume you adjust them in the Catalyst Control Center. Could anyone help me get started? This is my system:

CPU: Intel i7 2600k w/ Cooler Master Hyper 212 Plus
Board: ASUS P8Z68-V/GEN3
RAM: 2x Corsair Vengeance 4GB DDR3 1600MHz
GPU: XFX Radeon 6870
PSU: Antec EarthWatts 650W Green 80Plus Bronze
OS: Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit
