You should consder upgrading the Antec 300 case to the Antec 300 Illusion because it has extra case fans that worth the slightly higher price.

Your motherboard UD3 is very good, and it has USB 3.0, which is worth the slight premimum over the UD3L in my opinion.

You probably should consider upgrading your PSU to a 500 W unit because it will give you more options for adding components in the future. I like the Antec EA500.

Its only $5 more than the Corsair 400. You will need the extra power for most GPUs.

You should consider a Hyper 212 CPU cooler because it is quieter and better performing than the Intel heat sink fan.

You could get by with less expensive RAM since overclocking is not a high priority for you.

The rest of your build looks fine.

Good luck with your build.

Good recommendation on upgrading the PSU to Antec EA500.

The rest of your build looks solid. You should be able to use the PCI card with your system (funny to say PCI on a i5 750 build.  ). I would recommend if you have the budget to get at least an ATI 4650 512mb GPU for around $50. Your system will be better off by doing so. The i5 750 is a little over kill for a non-gamer but with a future GPU upgrade will make it a very nice system.

Solid build overall... :)

I will definately go with the Antec 300 Illusion as well as the power supply and memory, thanks for your quick input. Do you think Newegg would be the cheapest place to purchase?

Newegg has good prices. They may not always be the cheapest, but they have an excellent reputation and excellent customer service.

I also buy from TigerDirect and directly from Amazon when I can find significantly better prices Iwith shipping costs factored in).

Best regards.
