My tube apperantly came loose and the liquid came out. I dried everything and put it back together. THe computer can still run but without the Liquid Cooler working, it overheats and im forced to shut it off. So i need more liquid for the cooler. How much do i put in? should it be just Distilled water? Also is there a method to make sure this doesnt happend again? please help.

I would contact Cyberpower and RMA the unit. Otherwise, you'll void your warranty if you try to mod the cooler to work, and if it fails again and causes permanent damage to your PC, they won't cover it.

Why would you turn the PC back on and have it thermal shutdown if you knew the cooler was empty and no longer working? This also means you might have permanently damaged the pump and you'd need to replace it anyway.
