hey buddies i cant open My computer.. Run cmd. nothing all i can run is Internet explorer that theough a help support center plz tell me what can i do to get my data back

Can't help at all without more details. What happened before all this started? What have you tried already? What exactly happens when you try to open My Computer.

What is this Run cmd you put in have to do with the issue?

If you want to recover files off the drive, you can make a Linux boot disk, and copy the files that way to an external drive. http://knoppix.net/

Or you can take the drive out of your computer, install it as a secondary in another system and copy your files that way.
