How to overclock 7950 Boost BIOS

Hey!
I just updated my 7950 TFIII to the new Boost BIOS. However, when I overclock it, the GPU doesn't scale when I run Furmark and 3Dmark11. I get 30FPS on Furmark (1280X720P) when I overclock it, but I get 60FPS at the default 925MHz clock speeds.
