ASUS P7P55D Deluxe CPU LED, Blinking DRAM LED and no video signal

Just built PC with ASUS P7P55D Deluxe mobo, i7 860 proc, 4xCorsair Dominator 2GB PC3-12800 DDR3 1600 DIMMs (CMD8GX3M4A1600C8) and GeForce 9400GT 1GB DDR2 PCIe Graphics Card. When powered on for the first time, red CPU LED came on. No post or any video signal. No beeps. DRAM LED didn’t come on initially but I pushed and held it. Now it’s blinking. Cycle power and no beeps, red CPU LED on and DRAM LED blinks. Fans come on, DVD powers fine. Any suggestions?
