If you look closely at that discription, there is a little 1 at the end of where it shows support, and below it is describe as follows:
Driver support scheduled for release in 2010

That probably means it will not work until those drivers are released, and if this is the first time they'd supported opengl 3.2, the drivers might not be very bug free.

Reading the requirements for the program you are wanting to run, there is no mention that it must have OpenGL 3.2. It just says OpenGL support.

Solution
It probably would run best with a workstation card, but like I edited in, the requirements does not mention OpenGL 3.2 compliance for that program. It just says OpenGL support required and it does support OpenGL, video games have been using OpenGL for a long time.
