Have you always had this issue? Sometimes when a keyboard is being cleaned the keys get put in wrong. Just to verify this is what a basic keyboard looks like but most of them have the same setup.

Another problem might be that some kind of liquid spilled on the keyboard causing problems with the normal function of the keyboard. It doesn't have to be every key either.. sometimes it just takes 1 key to become faulty.
