SELECTING AM3 MOTHERBOARD FOR MY PC

Hi,this is Indrashis....
I'm going to build a new rig soon...I have considered to buy an AMD PHENOM II X4 945 processor....
Right now I'm getting confused about the motherboard....I dont know much about AM2+ and AM3 socket....please suggest me any mid or low range(around 50-65USD) GIGABYTE or ASUSE AM3 motherboard that will be good for the processor

My other system specs are-
16" AOC monitor
2GB DDR3 OCZ RAM
500GB HDD CEGATE
LG DVD Writer
ATI 5770 1GB GDDR5

For DDR2 RAM get AM2+, for DDR3 get an AM3 mobo. MSI 770-G45, Gigabyte GA-MA770T-UD3.

Ya Msi and Gigabyte both make nice solid boards you got it on the number mosox GG

Spend a little extra on the latest AMD mobo (790FX) so you can upgrade later to other AM3 cpus. DDR2 is on its way out! Don't invest in AM2+ mobos unless you are strapped because your system speed will be maxed out due to the mobo and ram no matter how fast you cpu is.

I'm sorry, not 790FX but get the 890FX-GD70 mobo.
