More about what setup improved
  1. I wouldn't recommend such a cheap PSU for that build. I know an Antec Sonata III is more expensive, but it includes a better PSU: http://www.directcanada.com/products/?sku=10370AC5086&vpn=SONATA%20III%20500&manufacture=ANTEC
  2. Do you mean watching video when you say "Video 40%"?
If so, change the processor to an i5 750 and definitely buy a power supply from a well known brand. These include Antec, BFG, Coolermaster, Corsair, Enermax (would be better than the one that comes with that case), OCZ, PC Power & Cooling, Silverstone, Thermaltake. 500W should do.
If you have money left over after that, try and get an ATI Radeon HD 5770. As it is a much better video card than that GTS 240
  3. ^+1. The PSU is the most important piece of hardware, next to a clean, continuous power source. The rest looks good.
  4. Eventualy, I will get a better PSU, but the budget does not permit me know. For now the system won't go under too much stress.

Originally I was going with the I5-750 Processor for 230.00 can but I can get the I7-860 new from this guy for 250.00 can
