What you think of this $900. can. setup and if it could be improved

My son will play some games but not to the extreme due to he has a PS3, Internet 30%
Video 40% and work. My Budget was $900. Canadian and was able to meet it .

For now I will install Windows XP Pro since I have the licence and later on will migrate to Win 7 pro.
Its my first built PC and after several days of research I came to this set up. Please tell me if system could be improved or if its a good setup. thanks

No Overclocking will be done. And I have no experience on how to.

^+1. The PSU is the most important piece of hardware, next to a clean, continuous power source. The rest looks good.
