Picture-in-picture overlays

anyone else trick the OS into thinking there are 2 monitors connecting when u only have 1?

i did this by connecting an HDMI and a Component cable from my video card to my monitor. I turned PiP on, chose the source as the component, and now i can overlay an extended desktop onto my main screen.

makes it easy to follow along some directions if i'm using a fullscreen program and don't wanna keep switching back and forth to read/scroll down.

works best with semi-translucent overlay.

Well, I guess that is another way to solve it, I just usually switch my full screen program to Windowed mode.

haha very funny, you obviously don't know what u can do with overlays. hint: no need to change focus on your program
