Stick with Antec (Earthwatts), Corsair, PC & Power, or Seasonic psus. 650w will be more than enough for what you're running and still leave you enough to crossfire if you so choose to down the road.

For Cases... wow where to start.

Haf 932 if dust isn't an issue.

If you want full tower, Antec 1200.

Midtower:
CM 690 II (new, great looking case)
Lancool K-62

Cheap but still quality /w psu:
Antec 300 /w 550w PSU. 114.99 (usd) newegg combo.

Watercooling:
Corsair 800D
Lian Li TJ07

There's a million different cases out there, each have their own niche. I personally ended up picking the new CM 690 II Advanced. Good Airflow (provided you don't mind buying a few optional fans) Black painted interior, wire management, support for interior water cooling, fits 5870, no side window. The other midtower Lancool's k-62 was beautiful, entirely tooless, but its lack of watercooling support ultimately led me to the coolermaster.

Everything you've listed is compatible. The Corsair ram doesn't have the tightest timings, but it does support XMP which will allow for an easy setup. Ram is ram is ram anyways, and at the price there is little to compete with it. Might look into G.Skill for a little better timings, but you'll never notice the difference in real life settings anyways.

Since you have no intention of running crossfire or sli, get a p55 board with usb 3 & sata 6:

ASUS P7P55D-E

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131620

Get a quality 650W PSU made by Antec, Corsair, OCZ, etc. It lets you upgrade to HD 5970 if you ever.

Any full tower ATX case would be better than a cramped mid tower lacking cooling. Again, Antec is a quality brand.

Now if you can fit a small SSD for OS & a medium 500GB Samsung F3 HDD in your budget, do it.
