[SSD Install] New Windows- Config Help

Right now I have Windows 7 Home Premium and have bought Windows 7 Ultimate as an upgrade. I also ordered a 120 gb SSD and plan on installing Windows to it. Do I have to uninstall Windows from my hard drive that I own now? What other steps do I have to follow?
