Motherboard bottleneck?....just wondering if my motherboard is bottlen

hey.. just wondering if my motherboard is bottle necking my system..or maybe its my cpu ..idk..


msi 770- g45 am3
ddr3 corsair 1600mghz( at 1333)
amd 2.8 ghz quad core propus
bfg gtx 275 oc
corsair 650tx psu
samsung 24" syncmaster p2450

Hello
Motherboard doesn't have an effect on system's performance(aside from PCI-E speeds)
Your system looks fine, are you experiencing low FPS/low speed in games/apps ? if so then explain more.

yeah...for the last month..i was getting good fps in bfbc2...40-60 consistently...everything on high..except aa..had that on 2xaa..no ...vsync off...at 1920x1200...and it looked great...suddenly...now..im only getting 20 to 50 fps..and thats only with a couple of things turned down to medium..and...my res is now at 1920x 1080..dont know what happened..lol...

So it just happened without any reasons ? i mean didn't you change anything in the BIOS ? also did you install a new VGA driver ?

ok..i figured it out..i finally got my cpu overclocked right..and everything is working better.. ty for all you inputs..heres what im at now...

I guessed that maybe an unstable OC caused it,that's why i asked whether you changed anything in the BIOS or not.

also...bfbc2 was set to auto on the directx version..it was playing at dx11...not 10...when i when into my settings .ini. file...reset it to 10...my fps went back up to 45-70...lol....hey..ty for you help..this place is awesome!

Yes moving from DX11 to 10 will give a performance boost.And no problem,glad i could help
