How do you get windows xp home to boot up from the hard
drive instead of the cd rom?I used a reinstallation disk
and now I have to use this same disk to boot up.When ever
I try to boot up without It,the monitor screen turns
black with the message: INVALID DISC, INSERT THE SYSTEM
DISC, AND TRY AGAIN, PRESS ANY KEY START.

The boot order/boot devices are usually controlled via a setting in the BIOS
[Basic Input Output System]. If you do not know how to access yours, look

Install Recovery Console, boot into it, and issue the command 'fixboot'.
