I am on the fence. Need help

I want to upgrade to a crossfire mobo. I am thinking about the M4a89GTD Pro.
CPU: AMD Phenom 955 C3
GPU: Sapphire 5750
CPU Cooler: CoolerMaster V8
I will be upgrading to a 700 psu or better.

Is there something better?

You don't need 750 psu unless you are running two video cards and several hard drives.
