That particular spec isn't on the qualified vendor list for the MOBO you've selected, theh QVL can be view by clicking hte memory link on the right hand side of this page: http://www.giga-byte.com/Products/Motherboard/Products_Overview.aspx?ProductID=3010

A similiar RAM that is on the list: G.SKILL 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory Model F3-12800CL9D-4GBNQ - Retail

Now all that said, it doesn't mean the RAM you've list won't work, it just isn't on the support list.

Well i guess im going to try it out, Ive been looking for compatibilty lists but cant find any good info. Please post if you know anything.
