Solid state hard drive raid 0

I have a 120 gig SSD that is almost full. I want to add a second SSD and set up Raid 0. Is it possible to simply add the second drive and set up Raid O in Bios without having to reinstall windows or any other data currently on the origonal drive?

No. You'll have to format the original drive.
