Lenovo X220 CPU Overclock

Hi,

I wanted to overclock my laptop cpu to run some programs faster.
The Laptop is a Lenovo X220 with an Intel Core-i5 2540m @ 2.60 GHZ.
i want to overclock to about 3.0.
i wanted to ask how to overclock and if anyone knows stable frequencies for this laptop

Overclocking a laptop or OEM desktop system is often very difficult, if not impossible. Essentially, the BIOS settings are so limited that you can't make any adjustments. Your system is not designed to allow you to do this. Sorry.
