Your link didn't work for me. In any case, I think most of the current 5870s are reference design so they probably don't vary much. I personally have a Sapphire Vapor-X 5870 which has a non-reference cooling design and I love it. Super cool and quiet most of the time.
In my opinion, as long as you don't buy a Diamond (I had terrible customer service experiences with them) you should be fine with any card available on NewEgg.
I'm no expert on how the performances are different between brands, but I'll give you the same reasoning I used when buying my 5770, xfx 5770 xxx edition because 1) xxx edition means factory overclocked, and 2) xfx offers lifetime warranty. And im pretty sure the 5870 has a xxx edition.
