Need help choosing the right combo

hello guys to everyone im new here and so far i love the forum :D  its very helpful
so i need help choosing between this 2 combos of mobo and graphics card,the CPU i will be using is AMD phenom II x4 955 BE.

1)
ASUS CROSSHAIR FORMULA III
Sapphire 5770 HD

2)
ASUS M4A79XTD EVO
Sapphire 5850 HD

money isnt a prob..very little difference in prices...in my contry as well

so tell me what u think guys..which1 is better combo ?

For gaming the difference in GPU's weighs heavier than the difference in features of the motherboards.

I don't buy expensive mother boards either any more. I never use them to their potential and quite frankly they're not worth it.

guys will this PSU be enough for any of the combos ?

Never heard that PSU, real 350W and peak at 460W?!
How much the price that PSU?
