Is that possible to make the Windows XP hibernation file to be loacted on a
different drive then this where \Windows directory is located?
If it is, how to do that?

Thanks,

Barak

The Windows XP 'Hibernation File' must remain on the
same drive or partition as the operating system. It cannot
be moved to a different location.

Sorry, not it's not. However you can turn it off entirely if you
don't use the hibernation feature.
