Can you upgrade from Pentium M 1 6 to Pentium M 2 0 GHz

Hi I need to know if I can upgrade Pentium M 1.6 GHz to 2.0 Pentium 4 2.0 GHz for my Dell Latitude D600 laptop?

Read the manual and see if the CPU is replaceable. Most CPUs are soldered to the motherboard, but some have a socket similar to a desktop PC.

Otherwise, take apart the laptop and see if there is an exposed socket. If so, you're in luck. If not, nope, sorry. You can't upgrade.
