Where to buy 4890 Toxic?

Hi, I have looked all over these forums and other sites for the answer and cannot find one. I have been having a lot of trouble looking for a Sapphire Radeon 4890 Toxic Graphics cards. I look on Sapphire's website but I can't buy it from there like I can with Diamond.

So, could somebody please give me some suggestions or provide me with a link please.

Sorry, you seem to be several months too late. I believe it was a limited production run which ended in late summer / very early fall of '09.

Well, the only 5 series card I can afford right now is the XFX 5770 Xtreme edition and from my knowledge that sucks compared to a 4890.

Unfortunately, the last batch I've seen was in August of 2009. I was lucky enough to buy one from alrightdeals.com, although I saw ewiz.com selling them at that time as well.

If you really want one, you might find one from ebay, or from people who upgraded to the 5000 series and want to sell.

If you can find one, this card might still be in the $200-230 range, since it kicks ass. I can OC mine up to about 1045core/1135mem, but artifacts sometimes show up, so I just do a milder OC of 1000/1100. I know there's someone in this forum whose gotten up to 1100+core, with a core voltage increase from 1.4(stock)->1.45

I'm well aware of that and that's why I told the OP that it's possible to buy one from ebay or from a used seller. I was merely providing links since back then, people said the 4890 Toxic was out of production, yet I was still able to find and buy one.

Well it was always out of stock and ATI was busy producing the 5000 series cards by the end of the summer/early fall.
