F10 wont work

Hello,
I have a Paackard bell thats six years old..its running xp..It wont let me restore my pc to factory settings...for some reason F10 has stopped working...I've used it loads of time before...help...someone must know the answer but I've been searching the web and no one seems to know the answer...thanks

Have you upgraded your keyboard from a PS-2 (round connector) to a USB keyboard?

If so, then you did not enable a USB keyboard in your BIOS so that DOS programs can use the keyboard.
