Which Heatsink should I buy?

I have been looking for a pretty nice heatsink before I buy my new computer but I cant decide on what to get. I dont want to use the stock heatsink because I will be gaming on this computer mostly and I feel like a stock would get to hot. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

I plan on getting the i5-3570K

Games I plan to play also would be GW2 "future games" Far Cry 3, Crysis 3 an so on.

I do plan on going Liquid cooling in the future but as of now I just want an aftermarket heatsink that is under $50

Here's what I recommend -

You can get a good overclock with this cooler, i'd say 4.0 - 4.2 depending on your particular CPU. After installing the cooler master in my PC, my idle temps went down about 20C, load temps about 15C (before overclocking). Good luck!
