I7-3770K and Noctua NH-D14

Can someone please give me an estimate how far on overclocking i7-3770K can you get with the Noctua NH-D14?
I'm aiming for at least 4.5GHz.

Also, would one of these be good alternatives?
Cooler Master Hyper 412 Slim
Cooler Master Hyper 612 PWM
Deepcool Tiger Shark

Or should I just go ahead and buy a Corsair H60? Although I really prefer air cooling.

My board is an Asrock z77 Extreme4 btw, if it matters.

EDIT: The Hyper 212 EVO isn't available on my local store, so I didn't include it.

the NH-D14 is pretty much the top of the line for air coolers, and you should be able to get 4.5, unless you got a really bad chip that is
