Remove Background Behind Names of Desktop Icons

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have XP window in my PC and somehow on my desktop icons shadow got applied which I want to remove I used below said way to remove the same but still shadow is coming.

First I did right click on my computer to open their property
then I opened advance tab after that I opened visual effect setting to uncheck use drop shadow for icon labels on the desktop but the shadow not been removed.

Please help me to remove this.
