Definately good bang for the buck with all things considered. PSU may not be an 80+ certified PSU but it will get the job done and is of decent quality. And you also get a mobo that has USB 3.0 and Sata 3.0 for more upgradeability down the line.
If you want to lower the price down a bit more without sacrificing much in performance take a look at this, should save you an additional $20. Its a lower voltage than most ram in this price range, and you can probably get the timmings lower than advertised and keep the voltage in a very comfortable zone if you want.
the samsung f3 500 gb is a faster and larger HDD, the CPU is faster, and it is a sweet computer
I would recomend upping your HD to a single platter 500gb drive like the samsung you mentioned but seagate has one as well, and it costs $10 more and is significantly faster and holds 2x as much. The motherboard and CPU are good choices but if you look at the one I have linked above it is actually the same price and you get the newer AMD 955 BE with C3 stepping and a newer mobo that supports USB 3.0 and Sata 3.0. Oh and your links don't work.
I want to unrecommended the Antec Basiq that was suggested above. This is not one of the good Antec power supplies. It doesn't list efficiency numbers and it has one of those loud little rear fans. If you want to go antec go with one of the newer antec's like http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...
