APPROXIMATE PURCHASE DATE: Budget cost is sub $1500

SYSTEM USAGE FROM MOST TO LEAST IMPORTANT: Gaming, movies, school

PARTS NOT REQUIRED: I already have a Monitor, keyboard, mouse.

PREFERRED WEBSITE(S) FOR PARTS: newegg, tiger

PARTS PREFERENCES: Intel!

OVERCLOCKING: Maybe SLI OR CROSSFIRE: Maybe

MONITOR RESOLUTION: 1440x900 (max resolution atm on monitor, but may end up upgrading in future but not near future) Plan on getting another monitor in the future so duel setup.

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS: Will not over heat, that is a huge concern, it gets really hot where I live during summer. I may invest into another 5870 in future, or will that be overkill?

Also any routers that anyone can recommend, I have x2 computers and x2 consoles that NEED to be hardwired. But I also have two computers downstairs that will need to be wireless. Will also need to hook up my printer to the network too. Any help would be appreciated! :bounce:

^ Very good build you have some up with...but I would suggest a Full ATX board as the mATX board would be cramped if you go crossfire...
Yes it is costlier but you get USB3.0 and SATA 6GB/s support...

And some options to add some bling to your build...
CASE - Same but Blue LEDs...

RAM - This RAM would also suffice and is of high quality too...and comes with Blue LEDs...and are cheaper...

My recommendation: Stop bumping and start buying. ;)

I have two of the cheapest netgear wireless G routers. They so have problems with overheating if left on 24/7 when the house that gets over 80 degrees at the peak of summer. They are so cheap so I just have two and can swap out to let one "rest" if it starts acting flakey. The rest of the year one runs 24/7 fine.

If you have more than 4 wired devices you will need a cheap 4 port ethernet switch also to get more wired ports.

If/when you get a second 4870, you may want to invest in the optional side fan for the 922 to keep it cooler.

Will look into that mb more deciding factor is if i really wanna keep option open for duel setup in future.

For memory is there a overheating issue that may happen if i use the gskill i mostly chose it because it seems like its a popular choice here on the boardd.
