So then i thought i can FTP them to him but i dunno how a computer can get FTP access outside my network.

I'm using Cerberus FTP server (http://www.cerberusftp.com/) can someone help me out? I cant find the specific answer on the site's FAQ

Forward incoming TCP and UDP ports 20 and 21 in your router to your ftp server's ip. Then you can connect from the outside using your public ip. If you have more than one ftp server just use different ports e.g. in the following ranges 30003-31415, 31417-31619 or other unassigned ports.
