Getting information on hard drive before format

My hard drives says it needs to be formatted but it has my Data in it, I need a programme that will assist me get the Data befor formating the Hard drive

You can try active partition recovery

or TestDisk to try and recover the partition(s).

Other suggestions: Easeus, or Getdataback NTFS. By far most of these will recover files for you from corrupted HDDs but you must COPY the files to another HDD. (When recovering from a troubled HDD you NEVER want to write anything to that bad drive until after you have ALL your files copied off it.) So, make sure you have space on some HDD to accept them.
